Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account and personal data directly from the app. This action is irreversible.
Steps to delete your account in the app
- 1Open the app and log in to your account.
- 2Go to your Profile → Settings.
- 3Tap "Delete Account" near the bottom of the Settings screen.
- 4Read the warning, optionally tell us why you're leaving, and check the confirmation box.
- 5Tap "Delete my account permanently" and confirm in the dialog that appears.
What gets deleted
- Your name, profile photo, bio, phone/email, and login credentials.
- Your posts, live session history, follows/followers, and chat messages.
What is retained, and for how long
- Some account activity records may be kept for a limited time after deletion, strictly for fraud-prevention and security purposes.
- This retained data is disconnected from your personal profile information (name, photo, contact details), which is removed at the time of deletion.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the app but want your account and data deleted, email us at imnaimur08@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number linked to your account, and we will process the deletion manually after verifying your identity.
